Your admission into Sheba Dezyne Fashion Academy is confirmed upon:
- Completion of your application, and
- Successful payment of tuition
Your slot is reserved immediately after payment, no uncertainty, no delays.
Enrollment is limited to maintain a focused, high-quality learning experience. Placement is secured strictly on a first-confirmed basis.
2. Tuition & Payment Commitment
Tuition payments are a commitment to your training and are therefore non-refundable once processed.
For installment plans (Contact Us):
- Payments must follow the agreed schedule
- Access to classes may be paused if payments fall behind
Flexible structure, with clear expectations, so you can plan confidently.
3. Deferral Policy
If circumstances change, a one-time deferral may be granted:
- Requests must be made before the program begins
- Subject to availability in a future cohort
Your progress matters, we provide room for genuine situations.
4. Attendance & Professional Discipline
Excellence here is intentional.
Students are expected to:
- Attend classes consistently and on time
- Engage fully in practical sessions
The more present you are, the more transformation you experience.
Consistent absence may affect your learning outcome and certification eligibility.
5. Code of Conduct
We maintain a refined, respectful, and growth-focused environment.
Students are required to:
- Interact with professionalism and courtesy
- Contribute positively to the learning space

The academy reserves the right to withdraw any student whose conduct disrupts this standard.
6. Tools, Materials & Personal Belongings
Some tools and materials may be required for your training.
Investing in your tools is part of building your professional foundation.
Please note: the academy is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings.
7. Certification
Certificates are awarded to students who:
- Complete all program requirements
- Maintain satisfactory attendance
Your certificate reflects real skill, not just participation.
8. Intellectual Property
All course content and teaching materials remain the property of Sheba Dezyne Fashion Academy.
They are provided exclusively for your personal learning and growth.
9. Media & Brand Representation
We occasionally capture moments from training sessions for promotional purposes.
Your journey could inspire others starting theirs.
If you prefer not to appear, kindly notify us in writing before classes begin.
10. Liability
All practical sessions are hands-on.
By enrolling, you acknowledge that:
- You are responsible for your personal safety during training
- The academy is not liable for injuries or personal loss
11. Program Adjustments
To maintain quality delivery, the academy may:
- Refine course structure
- Adjust schedules where necessary
- Assign alternative instructors
Every adjustment is made with your learning experience in mind.
13. Cancellation by the Academy
In the unlikely event that a program is cancelled by Sheba Dezyne Fashion Academy:
- Students will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future cohort
Your investment is protected in the rare case of unforeseen changes.
14. Resumption Policy
Students are expected to resume on the official start date.
- Failure to resume within 5 working days without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the slot
- Re-entry into a future cohort will be treated as a new enrollment

15. Payment Default
Where instalment payments are not completed:
- The academy reserves the right to withhold certification
- Access to classes and training resources may be suspended
- Outstanding balances remain payable
This ensures fairness across all enrolled students.

17. Health & Safety
Students are expected to:

18. Force Majeure
The academy shall not be held liable for delays or disruptions caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to:
- Government actions
- Public unrest
- Power or infrastructure disruptions

19. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
